Unfortunately, our first mortgage application with a previous broker was cancelled and we didn’t know why. The previous broker wasn’t willing to apply again and we were panicking in the late afternoon with what to do. We were recommended to speak to Natalie and it’s the best decision we made. The day our mortgage was cancelled, Natalie took all of our details and paperwork and got to work immediately. That same evening we had a decision in principle. Even after the mortgage had all gone through, she still arranged buildings insurance for us and provided us with various quotes from different companies with a comparison of figures. Our previous broker provided us with one quote from one company. There was nothing Natalie wasn’t willing to help us with and her generosity and kind nature is exactly what you need in a mortgage broker. She’s proactive, attentive and keeps on top of everything. I can't recommend Natalie enough. She went above and beyond for me, and completely understood my situation as a self employed person with a fluctuating income. Very proffesional and helpful

We were very stressed as other mortgage advisors gave up at us saying we wont get a deal at any bank due to our income and type of work contrats. We reached out to Natalie and within minutes everything was getting arranged. Even tho we called on Friday and she was due to go away next day she managed to do more in few hours then other advisors in weeks! We got a deal at the end! Highly recommended!
